What is Specialty Coffee?

"Specialty coffee is a coffee or coffee experience recognized for its distinctive attributes, and because of these attributes, has significant extra value in the marketplace." Specialty Coffee Association (2021).
We love being able to showcase unique and delicious flavor profiles that our producers have created as expert artisans at their craft. With these unique flavor profiles, we can not only pay our producers a higher premium and move towards an economically sustainable coffee supply chain, but also help the end consumer (you!) discover daily luxury in every cup.
