[Feb 28] Brewing and Water Chemistry Class

This is a two part coffee class held on Feb 28th.
Part 1 will focus on the basics of pourovers, and will run from 9am-10am and 4pm-5pm. Part 2 will focus on optimizing water chemistry for different preferences of coffee flavor, and will run from 10am-11am and 5pm-6pm.  

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Part 1 ticket registration is $25, Part 2 registration is $35, or both parts together can be purchased for $45. 

Mini-scholarships are available. If you or someone you know is interested in specialty coffee but cannot justify the class costs, please contact us for a ticket with the costs waived.
